EVENTS

Social events will be a key component of MSW. Sailors will enjoy their time spent in Miami both on and off the beautiful waters of Biscayne Bay. As many of the participants will come from both the US and overseas with friends and family, MWS aims to offer memorable memories. The sailing combined with Miami’s renowned hospitality, plenty of rum, sunshine, and great camaraderie in a friendly relaxed atmosphere, places Miami Sailing Week and the Bacardi Cup on top of the Nation sailing events.

Cory Silken Color of Wind Art Exhibit

The exhibit, presented by BACARDI, debuted in Miami on March 7-13, 2010 concurrently with BACARDI Miami Sailing Week. Stretched five feet wide on “gallery wrap” canvass, the scope of this exhibition invites the viewer to experience taste of the high life, including exceptional locations and breathtaking sailing vessels.

The scope of this collection of works takes the viewer out of daily life and into the beauty of motion, color and competition that lives on the water.
